As a lead specialist for Covenant Roofing you will be the first point of contact and first impression for new customers. Maintaining excellent customer relations is key for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat and or social media to assist with their roofing needs
- Calling warm leads received from our lead generator programs
- Inputting data into the company’s CRM program
- Assigning leads to our estimators
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with excellent customer service and phone skills
- Must be skilled in the use of computers and utilizing the web
- Experience in customer relations is preferred but not required. We will provide training.
- Must be organized
- Must be able to multi-task and handle a large volume of calls
- Must be available on Saturdays
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drugs screen
