Worth the Investment!

Covenant Roofing® was punctual in coming out to give us an estimate. Jordan and Cody were very thorough in their inspection of our roof and honest about the issues we were faced with. They clearly defined the process and the materials that we had to choose from. They also explained the pricing and payment options. They also covered the warranty on the roof and the warranty on their labor. We had been told it would be a week and a half to two weeks before the job could be started, but to our surprise, the materials and dumpster were delivered within days. Unfortunately, the weather failed to cooperate, and the job did not actually begin for another week. The roof installers, Jose and his crew, were amazing. They completely cleaned up after themselves each night before they left. Jose was very good about answering any questions we had about the process of replacing the roof. We were also pleased that “ALL” of the workers are on the payroll and insured. The company does not use “Day Workers” who are not necessarily experienced in replacing roofs. The company is also licensed and bonded. They are also a “Faith-Based Company,” which is something that is not often revealed by a company. We could not be happier with the finished product. We paid more than we had anticipated, but we feel that we have a roof that will withstand the unpredictable weather in Florida. We couldn’t be happier.

Thorough and Professional

Could not have been done any better. Very professional in all areas, sales, quality, work crew, the office staff, and especially the work leader Jared Taub. The job started 8/2/19 it was finished on 8/3/19 even though we had a shower while they were working they never stopped. They completely cleaned the perimeter of the house of any unwanted nails or debris before leaving the site.

Very Impressed with Communication! 

From the very start, Kevin and Jordan were very easy to work with and very informative. Once we decided to purchase the roof, I was informed the entire time with emails or phone calls was never left in the dark. The roofers showed up on time on a Friday and worked until finished. They weren’t loud, obnoxious or yelling – they just stayed busy working. All the way to the end, Jared came by after completion and checked out the roof himself and cleaned up the work area again. I also had an issue with a vent pipe that leaked into the attic and Jared went up in my attic himself and fixed it. Can’t say how impressed we are with Covenant and will recommend them every time someone we know needs a roof and will use them again in the future!

Joe, Ed, and the rest of the work crew were fabulous. They were professional in their work and they fully cleaned up after themselves, not one nail was left in my yard. I will highly recommend this company to anyone I know looking to replace their roof.

On Time On Budget

Working with Covenant Roofing and Construction® could not have been better. They measured our roof and gave us a quote. When we gave them the go they jumped into action. They pulled the permit and dug into the job. Literally dug in removing two layers of old shingles and replacing 9 sheets of decking. They nailed everything down better than the code requires.

Our new metal roof looks great and we love it. Our insurance agent loved what he saw. The insurance discount is an added bonus. I’m told our roof is so strong, that if it’s missing after a major storm the house won’t be there either!

They did what they said they would do, for the price they quoted, and completed the job sooner than promised. Toss in the insurance discount and that’s a quadruple win!

Great Experience

Wanna give a shout out to Covenant Roofing® for a great experience! This is the first time I’ve had to replace the roof on a house. I had no idea what to expect. Covenant Roofing® was excellent to work with. They clearly explained the process to me and kept me up to date on every step of the process. Covenant took a less than desirable situation for a homeowner and made it easier with their clear communication and professionalism. If you live anywhere in the central Florida area, I highly recommend Covenant when it comes time to have your roof repaired/replaced.

Replaced Wood Shake/Composite Roofing

This company is highly recommended! We had a great experienced hiring them to do my roof. They did an excellent job. The way Mr. Joe Oddo discussed about the company, quality of materials and what to expect, my husband and I did not make any second thought of hiring them, we signed right there and then.

They were true to what they promised and they always update about the progress. As soon as they got the work permit, in two days time, my roof is already done. No stress at all…it was worth paying for.

Definitely, we will hire them again in the future…
