Look no further if you need a new roof! Mr. Garcia was incredibly kind and gave us a great price. Then, Adrian and his crew came out and blew us away with their hard work. They fixed all of our damaged areas first and worked non-stop for two solid days to get the new roof on. They cleaned up so well afterward that the yard was left spotless. The technician Austin was extremely helpful with keeping me in the loop as the project progressed. The difference is like day and night. All debris and trash cleaned up and it was completed in 1day. Hunter the sales agent was also helpful in explaining the different types and options I had to choose from. If you need quality  efficient and affordable roofing I recommend this company. After 20+ years, I finally needed to replace my  barrel roof on my townhouse .  Trying to find the right roofing company is stressful enough.  Luckily,  my neighbor had to get a new roof for about two years ago and recommended Covenant  Construction. She was very pleased with the job they did and with the price. It took a little bit of time to get the roof on, but that was not the fault of the company , finding the right tile slowed things down.  I live in an HOA community where the new roof has to be replaced with the same original tile.  The foreman Cooper always kept me abreast of what was going on and, when he said, his crew was gonna be at my house, they were.  I can’t say enough about this company and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their roof replaced.   After the job was complete he was kind enough to recommend someone who could do my wind mitigation.  These guys are too notch!!!

They were everything they were. The construction of my roof was flawless from start to finish and the looks much better than I imagined. The salesman didn't lie or mislead on any contractual maters and ******* was right in line with the scope of the project. The cleanup was done professionally. Nothing left on site. Good job Covenant. If I could give a higher rating than 5-stars, I would! ******* the sales agent made the entire process easy. Attention to detail and what Covenant would do was excellent. Speed of installation date was amazing. Upon arrival, every step was taken to ensure all landscaping was protected. ****** the site manager, explained what would happen throughout the day. Any questions I had, not matter how mundane, ****** answered in clear, easy to understand terms. The work crew did an amazing job with attention to quality and pride. I couldnt be happier with this roofing company. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. The quality of the materials they used was excellent, and the installation was completed quickly and professionally. The crew was organized, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. When the job was finished, they did a thorough cleanup you wouldnt even know they had been there except for the beautiful new roof. I recently had a new roof installed by Covenant and was very pleased with the workmanship and product. It looks great! The yard was left without nails or trash. The superintendent, Rosco was excellent, friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. He went over and above. I had never dealt with a roofing company before, so I did my homework and went with the company due to their high ratings across the board. It wasn't cheap, but that's not necessarily what I was looking for. Quality work with a company that has a history in the area, proven track record and a roof that comes with a guarantee. They hit all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I can again feel secure in my home without the worry of leaks. I appreciate the company and the team that did such a wonderful job and they will always receive my highest recommendation if anyone asks who did my roof. Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof Had our shingle roof redone as it was overdue and the last storms took off quite a few shingles. We chose to upgrade our underlayment and Covenant recommended we change out roof ventilation as it was inadequate from when the house was built (something other companies told us as well). Pricing was comparable to other companies but their financing offers were superior. Had to follow up a few times during the process to ask how things were going to get us to the next step but the company would get back to me either same day or next day. Was worried about the amount of plywood that would have to be replaced due to the age of the roof, but thankfully it only ended up being a handful of pieces. Roof was done in a day (amazing) and the project manager came back a few times afterwards to take care of things that I mentioned to him. Project probably took about 30 days from the day we signed the contract to the day it was completed, counting time we had to wait for the HOA approval and building permit. I came to Leesburg to visit my 92 yo mother during the holidays. I noticed her roof needed replacing, badly. Not living in the area for over 25 years I was concerned about picking a reputable company. My son suggested Covenant Roofing. He contacted JD Smith for me and a day later JD was at the house helping us, addressing my concerns and answering all my questions. I had a limited time in Florida and the company worked in scheduling and installing the new roof quickly. Communications was excellent. They did a fantastic job, looks amazing. Clean-up was spotless. Peyton Ross kept in touch with us keeping us informed of each step in the process.  He responded quickly to our questions. Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof Stephen Carter inspected my roof, took photos, and then discussed his findings, recommendations, and my options. He described the company, the quality of his staff, the process and timeline. He also explained permitting, materials, scheduling the work and the Covenant's promise. Frankly, selecting Covenant was an easy decision. As promised, the materials and a ten member team (including a team leader) arrived on time, started immediately. They worked very hard as a team, and by the end of the day, the new roof was completed, everting around the house was cleaned up, and their work was done. Afterwards, Steven Blackmon meet with me, making sure that I was satisfied with the work. I told him I was very satisfied with the entire process and the end result. Great job, Covenant Rooing! My experience with Covenant Roofing is that this Roofing Company is all about Integrity and Providing you with Quality Workmanship, and Great Customer Service. The Entire Team at Covenant Roofing was Fantastic to work with, and Five Stars is really not enough as a rating for my review. Their team, from the office staff to the project supervisors and installers, all went above and beyond to make sure they provided us with a great product, easy financing options, and a wonderful customer service experience. They worked with us on the timing of the project and made sure that all our expectations were met, and I have complete confidence in knowing that we have a great finished product, and with the exceptional warranty they provide, should something in the future arise, that they will be there and stand behind their workmanship. These folks are the only roofers I want to deal with. If you are looking for a company that provides honest and quality work right from the get go, you've found them. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Here's my story: I discovered I needed to get my 20+ year roof replaced, so I went through the motions of getting quotes and speaking with roofing companies. I got so many conflicting (and in some cases, as I discovered later, just plain bad) suggestions that I ended up having to read the Florida Building Code (for roofs both in and out of the Miami-Dade area). I discovered Covenant Roofing by sheer luck on Google reviews in my area and from the start, Justin was straight-forward and factually correct, and easy to work with. As was his team during install. That gave me the reassurance I had picked the right company. The roof was installed in a couple of weeks, and it was done perfectly and smoothly. Everything that was mentioned by Brian during the sales estimate and the work done by Aaron's crew was dead-on accurate.
