Got a full roof replacement due to leaks and got new ridge vents too. I would definitely go with Covenant if the need arises. First, the estimator did his due diligence going into both attics (not all companies did that) and offered a competitive price. The team did high quality work, showing up early and working hard non-stop. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Covenant Roofing. My wife and I requested a roof inspection; we moved in our mobile home in Palmetto FL about a year ago without knowing the exact condition our roof condition was. Since it looked like this was the original roof  there were some spots that could us soon some problems in the near future with all the rain we have right now. We agreed to have a roof replacement to have peace of mind for at least an other 20+ years.

If I had to cast my vote for the best roofing company I have ever come into contact with, my vote would be A plus for everything, professionalism, sales contact, introduction to the team, when they came inside and explained what was going to happen and introduced the Project Manager who was my Super Hero for 2 days.  If I was speaking to the owner of the company, I would tell him, "Sir, your team represented you Very Well"  I would create a tshirt that says, "Covenant Got You Covered" because that is how I feel about the complete covering of my roof that companies told me could not be done. THIS COMPANY SAVED OUR HOME FUNCTIONALITY AND DID BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. The reason this is such a big deal is we have a FLAT ROOF, one that most companies don't like dealing with and only offer roll roofing, Covenant did not do that, we had other options, and although we did not originally intent to go in the direction we chose, we ended up with the BEST/BETTER than we expected, from the order to the installation.

We just had our roof replaced by Covenant Roofing and from beginning to end, it has been the best experience we have ever had. We had just gone through a major loss of money and materials along with having already replaced the roof 8 years ago and the company refusing to back their warranty so we were kind of left out in the rain with nothing but a folder full of estimates, photos of what the roof looked like now with pool of standing water and bad news about how much it was going to cost. We were devastated. I must tell you that the team of professionals we encountered with Covenant roofing caused us to stop and take a second look, we had originally chosen another company but we were not completely sure we felt good about that choice because we had a metal enclosure that we were using as a den nobody wanted to include that as part of the roof repair. Covenant Roofing Company did a great job replacing my roof over two days. The Project Manager, Allan was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. From our very first contact with the company, every interaction has been professional, kind, and compassionate. One of the things that stood out immediately is that they handle everything in house. That gave us confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful time.

When a tree branch fell on our home, I did not know where to begin. My husband is blind, so the responsibility of navigating everything fell to me. I have also been out of work for six months, which added to the pressure. I started researching roofing companies carefully, and it quickly became clear that Covenant was the right choice.

With a previous roofing company, we were talked into using shingles they already had on their truck. We did not feel informed about our options. This experience was completely different. Cody Devore took the time to make sure I fully understood our choices. He explained everything clearly and supported my decisions without pressure. His sweet smile, professional knowledge, and steady spirit reassured me that we were in good hands. He never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed.

Austin Willis served as the foreman and carried that same professionalism and kindness from start to finish. His calm confidence and genuine care helped guide us through the entire process.

The crew worked efficiently and respectfully, and the final result looks wonderful. More than that, we felt supported every step of the way.

I called Covenant and the lady on the phone took all of my information. They sent Hunter out the next day to look at the job and give me an estimate. He took plenty of time looking over the job and explaining exactly what they were going to do. We agreed on a very fair price and he said they could start the job the next Monday. I received a few text until then informing me that they would be there. Monday morning at 7:00 they were all here getting started on the job. Austin was the job Forman and he was here for the whole time. All of the guys were very hard working and very nice. They worked from sun up until sundown. We hired Covenant Roofing to re-roof our home.  The weather throughout the entire job was inclement. The crew did their best and used tarps during downpours where necessary.  Regardless, we did have some ceilings water damaged.  Covenant did send a painter to repair water stained ceilings. The repairs came out excellent. The crew did a good clean-up and all in all we are very happy with our new roof. I was amazed at how great my whole experience was with Covenant Roofing! They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. I had never dealt with a roofing company before, so I did my homework and went with the company due to their high ratings across the board. It wasn't cheap, but that's not necessarily what I was looking for. Quality work with a company that has a history in the area, proven track record and a roof that comes with a guarantee. They hit all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I can again feel secure in my home without the worry of leaks. I appreciate the company and the team that did such a wonderful job and they will always receive my highest recommendation if anyone asks who did my roof. Had our shingle roof redone as it was overdue and the last storms took off quite a few shingles. We chose to upgrade our underlayment and Covenant recommended we change out roof ventilation as it was inadequate from when the house was built (something other companies told us as well). Pricing was comparable to other companies but their financing offers were superior. Had to follow up a few times during the process to ask how things were going to get us to the next step but the company would get back to me either same day or next day. Was worried about the amount of plywood that would have to be replaced due to the age of the roof, but thankfully it only ended up being a handful of pieces. Roof was done in a day (amazing) and the project manager came back a few times afterwards to take care of things that I mentioned to him. Project probably took about 30 days from the day we signed the contract to the day it was completed, counting time we had to wait for the HOA approval and building permit. Hurricane Milton was the final nail on my roofs lifespan and water started pouring into my kitchen. Our insurance company said we needed to replace the entire roof so we started contacting roofing companies. 
I was impressed with the professionalism with the company as a whole after so many scammy salespeople grom other companies.
We contacted them in November and they did the work in the end of January. Which wasnt a bad turn over when you consider the holidays cause delays everywhere.

They came out and dropped the shingles a few days before they came out. Then it took 1 and a half days for them to replace all the shingles and a lot of the plywood under them.
Unfortunately for us there was a lot more water damage than we knew about and that did up the price of the repair but the speed was incredible. They had the wood ordered and at our house by the bext morning. 
Zack Wilson was the project manager and was extremely professional even when he had to give us the bad news of how severe the damage was. He went back over the repairs after we paid and made sure to double check that our two skylights were sealed properly.
They cleaned up pretty well, I have only found small bits of debris with the leftover dust.

Stephen Carter inspected my roof, took photos, and then discussed his findings, recommendations, and my options. He described the company, the quality of his staff, the process and timeline. He also explained permitting, materials, scheduling the work and the Covenant's promise. Frankly, selecting Covenant was an easy decision. As promised, the materials and a ten member team (including a team leader) arrived on time, started immediately. They worked very hard as a team, and by the end of the day, the new roof was completed, everting around the house was cleaned up, and their work was done. Afterwards, Steven Blackmon meet with me, making sure that I was satisfied with the work. I told him I was very satisfied with the entire process and the end result. Great job, Covenant Rooing! My experience with Covenant Roofing is that this Roofing Company is all about Integrity and Providing you with Quality Workmanship, and Great Customer Service. The Entire Team at Covenant Roofing was Fantastic to work with, and Five Stars is really not enough as a rating for my review. Their team, from the office staff to the project supervisors and installers, all went above and beyond to make sure they provided us with a great product, easy financing options, and a wonderful customer service experience. They worked with us on the timing of the project and made sure that all our expectations were met, and I have complete confidence in knowing that we have a great finished product, and with the exceptional warranty they provide, should something in the future arise, that they will be there and stand behind their workmanship. These folks are the only roofers I want to deal with. If you are looking for a company that provides honest and quality work right from the get go, you've found them. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Here's my story: I discovered I needed to get my 20+ year roof replaced, so I went through the motions of getting quotes and speaking with roofing companies. I got so many conflicting (and in some cases, as I discovered later, just plain bad) suggestions that I ended up having to read the Florida Building Code (for roofs both in and out of the Miami-Dade area). I discovered Covenant Roofing by sheer luck on Google reviews in my area and from the start, Justin was straight-forward and factually correct, and easy to work with. As was his team during install. That gave me the reassurance I had picked the right company. The roof was installed in a couple of weeks, and it was done perfectly and smoothly. This was a painless experience from start to finish.

Richard, the salesperson showed me all options available to me, including peel and stick barrier with asphalt shingles, regular barrier with asphalt shingles, and metal roof option. I chose the peel and stick barrier as it offered more protection and saved me more money on my home owners insurance as a result. He was great to deal with. 

Within two days of signing the contact, the job was permitted and materials were delivered.

Dumpster was delivered shortly thereafter. FYI their dumpsters are on rubber tire wheels so there is no scraping or damage to your driveway. Nice touch! 

Allan, the production manager was super easy to deal with and always available by phone or text and made sure the job was done correctly and efficiently. Great guy! 

The work crew of 6 well experienced men were able to make short work of getting the old roof removed and the new roof put on quickly. They would have had it done in one day if not for the time change which made it get dark around 5:30 PM. They came back and finished the job within an hour or two the very next morning. They cleaned UP ALL debris and left my yard cleaner that it was when they arrived. Not a stray nail or shingle to be found! 

I took note of all materials bright to the job. All of the materials from the shingles, to tar, to nails, to ice/water barrier , to flashing, and aluminum roof vents were all highly rated in quality after reading online reviews. No shoddy/inferior products here. 

The end result was a beautiful and precisely installed roof!

We had wind damage to our roof and Nationwide Insurance gave me a list of contractors. Of the 3 that showed up, we unanimously chose Covenant Roofing. Cody Devore was their estimator and he was the most knowledgeable about roofing. 
The job that Covenant took on had some very difficult obstacles due to my roof shape and a portion being a flat roof over the back porch. 

The job they completed was nothing but excellent!
