Competent and Trustworthy
After interviewing three other companies, I decided to hire Covenant Roofing® to replace my roof. From beginning to end, I could not be happier with the result. I knew I was dealing with a top-notch, highly professional company when the very personable Kevin arrived on time and spent almost three hours inspecting/taking pictures of my roof, going over various options with me, then patiently and thoroughly answering all my questions. Then there was the highly competent, accommodating and hard-working Alfredo and his crew who first covered my air conditioner with screening and put tarps down over the shrubs and all around the perimeter before they began removing the old roof. I have never seen a crew work as hard and steady as these men did. They had the roof finished in a day and a half, and it is beautiful! Then came the delightful Martinez to pick up the trailer, inspect the roof, and make sure the workmanship was up to company standards. He took lots and lots of pictures after which we finalized all the paperwork, etc. He, too, spent almost three hours here, not leaving until 6:30 PM still having another job site to visit before going home. Then there was Lindsay and Julie in the office, both of whom epitomize the meaning of the phrase, “customer service.” It was a great experience to deal with each and every one of these people. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof!
