Responsibilities:
- Obtain roof permits at different municipalities in a timely manner to keep jobs on schedule
- Post permit to the job site before work begins
- Make sure all documentation needed for inspections is on site for the inspector
- Work alongside our production department to schedule inspections
- Maintain job photos from roofers
- Updating the permit process on our CRM
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be highly organized
- Strong data entry skills
- Reliable vehicle to drive daily
- Must be able to multi-tasks
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic technological skills required to operate an iPad and company CRM program
